Principal Message

Our mission at P.S. 250 is to provide high quality education in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment that builds a foundation for life-long learning. We aim to provide a safe learning environment with a welcoming atmosphere that creates a sense of belonging amongst the entire school community. We maintain an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects children from diverse families and cultural backgrounds. We strive to support this environment by building a more inclusive and equitable curriculum, addressing a range of learning styles, offering a wide array of diversity efforts and programs. We empower all students to embrace learning, achieve their personal best and build their emotional and social wellbeing. Our students are empowered to meet current and future challenges to develop social awareness, civic responsibility, and personal growth. 

Our vision at P.S. 250 is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate, articulate and value knowledge and skills that will support them, as life-long learners, and practice the core values of the school: respect, inclusion, and excellence.
